Notice Of Proposed Creation Of Easement Over Council Land

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Subdivision Act 1988

Address: 1 Keewong Road, Tarneit

Title particulars: Reserve 1 PS 906038Y

Easement to be in favour of: Greater Western Water Corporation

Purpose of the easement: To amend the existing Pressure Reducing Valve between Barwon Waters Main and Greater Western Waters.

Any person may provide feedback on the proposal. Feedback must be received no later than date and time (28 day period)
